What we collect. (1) Your email address if you sign up for the free challenge. It is stored by our email provider (Kit) and used to send the challenge and occasional emails about the journal. (2) Order details if you buy: payments are processed by Payhip and Stripe, or by Amazon for the paperback; we never see your full card number. (3) Basic technical logs kept by our host (Cloudflare) for security.

The quiz. Quiz answers are calculated in your browser and are not sent to us or stored.

No tracking. This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies.

Your choices. Unsubscribe with the link in any email. Ask us to access or delete your data by email. If you are in the EU/UK you also have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, including complaining to your data-protection authority.

Retention. We keep your email until you unsubscribe and order records as long as tax law requires.

Direct paperback orders. If you buy the paperback from this site, your name, shipping address and email go to our print partner so it can print and deliver the book. Payment is handled by that partner or by Payhip and Stripe.
